What does the F19 sign mean?
The F19 sign marks a one-way road. At roadworks it creates a temporary one-way arrangement, together with the C1 sign at the other end.
Information signs: what you need to know
Information signs are rectangular and give information: a diversion, a dead end, the end of roadworks. At roadworks they point out the detour and close off the works zone.
Do you need a permit?
Anyone who puts up a traffic sign on the public road for works needs the consent of the road authority: through the occupation permit or through a signage permit with a signage plan. Without that consent you may not put up the sign.
