Permits
What you need to know upfront about occupying the public domain.
- Every type of public domain occupancy requires a permit: parking the van, a hoist, a crane or a container.
- The signage or diversion plan is, where required, drawn up professionally by our team.
- No permit means a risk of a municipal administrative fine and no way to have illegally parked vehicles towed.
- The signage may only be installed once the permit is in order.
- Occupancy (partly) on the parking lane: allow a permit lead time of at least 10 working days.
- Occupancy (partly) outside the parking lane: allow at least 30 working days at the city or municipality.
