We’ll take photographs of the installation upon completion and send you the images. This is useful as proof of correct signage in the event of a dispute or a claim.

Collecting, erecting and then driving back to collect the signage again three days later. That takes half a working day that you’d be better off spending elsewhere. Our own team delivers the equipment, erects it in accordance with the regulations and collects it again once the event is over.
How the installation process works
Four steps – and you don’t have to attend any of them. We just need an address and a time frame.
You book with delivery and installation
In the online shop, at the checkout, select ‘delivery’ rather than ‘collection’. Please provide the site address and the period during which the materials need to be on site. If you also apply for the permit through us, we will coordinate the installation date accordingly.
We schedule the run
Your address will be added to the day’s route list the day before your collection is due. If there are any issues with the timing (such as a permit coming into effect later than planned, or a street being closed that morning), we’ll give you a call before we set off.
The team installs it in line with the regulations
Our VCA-certified fitters erect the signs in accordance with the highway code and Standaardbestek 250: at the correct height, facing the correct direction, and with weighted bases in windy areas. The signs are locked in place to prevent them from being blown away.
Afterwards, we’ll collect everything again
On the agreed end date, the same team will come round to collect the equipment. You don’t need to have anything ready, and nobody needs to be there.
When does the equipment need to be in place?
The placement date is not the start date of your construction site. Always count back from the date on which the placement begins.
Parking signs: at least 48 hours in advance
A no-parking zone is only enforceable if the signs are in place 48 hours before the zone comes into effect. If a car is still parked there at that point, it cannot be towed away until that period has elapsed. Some towns and municipalities require 72 hours. We check this when you make your request.
Construction site signage: at least one working day in advance
We will install barriers, beacons, road plates and traffic signs for the construction site no later than the working day before work begins. That way, everything will be in place when your team arrives.
Permit first, signs afterwards
Without a permit, a sign that has been erected has no legal validity. If you apply for the permit through us, we will hold off on the installation date until the decision has been made and will notify you if there are any changes to the schedule.

Your no-parking zone comes into effect on Monday

When we’re driving
Our teams set off early so that the equipment is in place before the day gets underway.
- From Monday to Thursday, we deliver between 6 am and 2 pm
- On Fridays, we drive between 6 am and 12 noon
- There are no collections at the weekend, so a Monday collection will be brought forward to Friday
- You won’t be given a specific time: we’ll confirm the day, not the time
- If there is anything special about the location (a gate, a school street, a window), please mention it when placing your order
What you can have with it
You can tick these options when making your booking. They are listed with their prices in the online shop, so you know in advance what you’ll be paying.
Notification to the police
We report the signs that have been put up to the relevant police district and pass on the number plates of the cars that were already parked there. That is what makes a subsequent towing operation possible.
Theft protection
If any equipment goes missing during your rental period, you won’t be held liable. Without this option, you’ll be charged for any missing equipment.
Extra-heavy feet
In windy or busy locations, heavier bases keep the signs upright. We recommend them as standard along regional roads and in open areas.
Would you rather do it yourself?
You can also collect your order in Drongen
If you have a van and a trailer to hand, you can simply collect the materials yourself from our warehouse in Drongen. You won’t have to pay any installation charges, but you’ll be responsible for ensuring they’re set up correctly.
